PRINTING TIPS & IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Flat buffet labels measure 3.5 x 2 inches.
- Folded buffet labels measure 3.5 x 4 inches before folding and 3.5 x 2 inches when finished.
- Print on quality cardstock for a polished, professional appearance.
- Use the included multiple-per-page printing templates for convenient home printing when customizing in Canva.
- The ready-to-print PDF files include cutting guidelines for hand-cutting.
- The PNG files can be imported into compatible cutting-machine software or blank-label templates.
- Confirm sizing and machine requirements before printing or cutting.
- You can print at home or through your preferred professional printing service.
- For accurate sizing, select "Actual Size" or "100%" in your printer settings.
- Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and printer settings.
- Double-check food names, spelling, and any customized text before printing.
- I recommend printing a test page before producing multiple copies to ensure the colors and sizing meet your expectations.

DISPLAY IDEA: Use the folded cards as freestanding labels beside tacos, meats, toppings, and sauces. The flat cards are perfect for small label holders or placing beside individual dishes.

PARTY TIP: Arrange your buffet into sections for tortillas, proteins, toppings, sauces, desserts, and drinks. The included pre-designed food names make it easy to create a coordinated taco bar or fiesta buffet!

FOOD LABEL TIP: If using the dietary or allergy icons, verify the ingredients and allergen information for each dish before displaying your labels. You can also add these icons to individual guest place cards to help alert waitstaff to food allergies or dietary restrictions. Always communicate allergy information directly with your caterer or serving staff, as the icons are intended as helpful visual reminders.
